Nissan 200sx Keyless Entry.? - universal keyless entry remote

I have a problem with my multi-function universal remote control does not, I have the battery in the remote yet. Fuses seem OK Im thinkin it may place the control module would have to schedule? If so any idea how, because I might have just the car mechanic and have some welding on the car so not the result of millions of cubic meters () without key entry, I just want to ensure that, in the hope that perhaps a cable problem, because I know that Nissan calls know an arm and a leg. Can someone tell me how to solve them gather Nissan or have an idea what is causing the problem and how to solve them.
