Any advice for a girl with stomach acids? - stomach acids more condition_symptoms

I just found out today that I could stomach that my mucus creates, without stopping. They told me to eat healthier, but what does this mean? I do not use salt at all. I like pepper, garlic, all kinds of spices and coffee. I do not want to give everything. What should I do? Please give me some advice from their own experiences. Thank you.
