I use the phone system or something in a remote area with no phone service. All I need to should be able therefore to the phone in a range between 400 and 500 ', a bit like a walkie-talkie, without noise.

Yes you can. Only page or call to lift the other. However, only 400 ', if you are in the house. The measurement range of advertising without outside interference and obstacles visible.
